These Practice Advisories Provide guidance for lawyers on specific circumstances.  They supplement the Legal Profession Act, the Code of Professional Conduct, the Rules and Policies of the Law Society.

These advisories have been approved by the Law Society Legal Ethics and Practice Committee.
