Lawyer Listing

This list contains a list of all Lawyers who are members of the Law Society.
It includes:

Active members, those who are actively working as lawyers in the NWT. Active members can be Resident – working in the NWT or Non-Resident - working outside the NWT;

Restricted Appearance Certificate (RAC) holders, lawyers from other Canadian jurisdictions who have permission to work on limited matters in the NWT;

Student members or student-at-law, law school graduates who are articling with an active member in the NWT; and
Suspended members, those lawyers who have been suspended and are no longer allowed to practice law in the NWT.

This list does not include inactive or non-practicing lawyers who are still members of the Law Society.
