TAKE NOTICE THAT, on October 1, 2008, a Committee of Inquiry of the Law Society of the Northwest Territories found
John Rhynes (Charlottetown, PE)
guilty of Professional Misconduct on nine (9) counts.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE THAT following submissions with respect to sanction before the Committee of Inquiry on Thursday, January 22, 2009, JOHN RHYNES is suspended effective immediately for four (4) months and costs of $50,000.00 have been awarded payable in monthly installments commencing on July 1st, 2009.
