LAW SOCIETY OF YUKON
Request for Proposals

The Yukon Legal Profession Act has not undergone a major review since its initial enactment. The Executive of the Law Society of Yukon has determined that the Legal Profession Act requires a comprehensive review and reform to ensure appropriate and effective regulation of the profession in today’s regulatory environment.

The Law Society of Yukon is accepting proposals for a comprehensive review of the Yukon Legal Profession Act. The goal is an Act that ensures effective regulation of an independent legal profession in the public interest.
