| Contents Lunch & Learn Series: Drafting Affidavits Friday, July 31 - 12:00pm Katherine Peterson (Peterson, Stang & Malakoe, Yellowknife) shares important pointers on drafting affidavits in family and non-family law applications, as well as responding to affidavit material. All members are encouraged to attend. Please RSVP your attendance by return. Regulation: Trust Account Declarations are Due Members' annual updates regarding trust accounts are due September 1, 2009 . If you have not already, please complete the required information. Members with open/active trust accounts must submit a Form V: "Certificates of Member or Accountant". Those without trust accounts must submit a Statutory Declaration indicating so. The required forms are available online at www.lawsociety.nt.ca. If you are uncertain whether you have or have not submitted the required form, please contact the Law Society.
